Welcome to PSL – Looksmax & Ascend (“the App”), operated by ArhamRR Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Nature of Service (Disclaimer)
THE APP DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE.
- For Entertainment & Self-Improvement Only: The facial analysis, “PSL” ratings, and aesthetic scores provided by the App are generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI) and are for entertainment and informational purposes only. They are not scientific diagnoses.
- Not Medical or Professional Advice: The “Looksmax Coach,” daily routines, diet plans, and skincare recommendations are generated by AI. They should not be considered as medical, dermatological, or nutritional advice. Always consult a qualified professional (doctor, dermatologist, or nutritionist) before making drastic changes to your diet, exercise, or skincare routine.
- No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., “Ascending” or achieving a certain look). Individual results vary based on genetics and adherence.
2. Subscriptions and Payments
The App offers a “Pro” subscription that grants access to premium features (e.g., unlimited scans, detailed analytics, AI Coach).
- Billing: Payments are processed securely via the Google Play Store using RevenueCat.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellations: You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Google Play Account Settings. We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
- Refunds: All refund requests are handled directly by the Google Play Store in accordance with their refund policy.
3. User Accounts and Eligibility
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and data.
4. User Content and AI Processing
- Your Data: You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By using the App, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license to process these photos via our third-party AI providers (OpenAI/Google Gemini) solely to provide the analysis.
- AI Limitations: You acknowledge that the App uses Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision technology. These systems may occasionally produce incorrect, biased, or nonsensical information (“hallucinations”). You should verify any factual information provided by the AI Coach.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
- Upload photos of others without their consent.
- Attempt to reverse engineer the App or its API calls.
- Use the App to generate inappropriate or illegal content.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArhamRR Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury resulting from following the App’s advice, or service interruptions. The App is provided on an “AS-IS” basis.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
